Pešić Law was honored to be the only law firm from Serbia invited to speak at the prestigious Prague Gaming & Tech Summit CEE 2025.
Petar Pešić, founder of Pešić Law, participated as a panelist in the discussion titled “Through the Maze: iGaming Compliance in the Balkans”, where he addressed recent legal developments in Serbia, including amendments to the Law on Games of Chance and the Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering.
Petar’s remarks focused on new compliance obligations imposed on gaming operators, highlighting the maturation of the regulatory landscape and alignment with EU standards — especially the positive introduction of player self-exclusion mechanisms.
The session attracted strong interest from stakeholders given Serbia’s impressive market performance and its potential for further growth in the iGaming sector.
